Ahmad has 17 years of corporate finance, strategic planning and business startup experience. He has had exposure to Fortune 500, Government, and Non-profit financial operations. Proficient in building organization-wide planning capabilities and understanding how to implement strategic planning priorities, he has worked on assignments across the world including the US, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
Ahmad earned an MBA degree from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business and a B.S. degree (Double Majors) in Business Management and Marketing from Bryant University. Ahmad is an active member of the community, participates in charitable work, and during his free time, competes in motorsports across North America and Europe.
Mark co-founded ZizaTek and leads ZizaTek’s Consulting Services Division. He brings over 20 years of consulting, strategy and delivery experience to ZizaTek. He has consulted at companies such as Microsoft, Accenture, Department of Labor, Capital One, Freddie Mac, and Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as many other Government and Fortune 500 Companies. He offers a unique blend of technical expertise, consulting knowledge and program management and solution expertise in both the Federal and Commercial Markets.
He is a result-driven and goal-oriented professional with years of experience in Information Technology and Project Management SME. He has a strong focus on Agile Software Development and proven success in developing teams to fulfill critical roles in the financial services sector. He has a track record of spearheading global programs and projects for Fortune 500 organizations and is an outstanding leader, manager and organizer who values a collaborative approach to team and business initiatives.
Mark holds a B.S. from George Washington University, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Jane’s career in Finance & Administration spans public companies, start-ups and PE-owned private companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Excelligence Learning Corporation, a leader in the childhood education industry. She is the former Chief Financial Officer of Blyth, Inc., a then publicly-held direct-to-consumer manufacturer and marketer of candles and home accessories, health, wellness and beauty products, personalized gifts and household convenience items through the party plan direct selling, catalog and eCommerce channels. Prior to her appointment as CFO, Jane served as Blyth’s Treasurer and served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers. She left Blyth after its sale to a leading private equity firm and, prior to joining Excelligence, was the Chief Financial Officer for Best Health Goods, a start up in direct-to-consumer healthy products.
Jane began her career in financial services, working in both corporate staff and line positions at Merrill Lynch, Citibank and American Express International Banking Corporation.
Jane received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Currently, Jane serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, Secretary of the Board of Directors of West River Wickets and recently joined the Board of Encore Creativity, the nation’s largest and fastest growing choral organization for adults 55+. She enjoys sculling, 6-wicket croquet and Pickleball.
